Database
Requirements
MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL and all major databases (all JDBC 2.0
compliant databases on a Java™ system)
Reporting Services Integration - If you plan to use
OfficeWriter with SQL Server Reporting Services 2005 or 2000,
an additional database requirement is that you have SQL Server
Reporting Services 2005 or 2000 installed on the server.

When using OfficeWriter Reporting Services Edition, please

system requirements for SQL Server 2005.

Excel & Word
Viewers

If the client machine does not have Excel or Word installed
locally, the user can download and install Microsoft's free Excel
Viewer or Word
Viewer. The Excel and Word Viewers allow the user to view
and print an Excel spreadsheet or Word document, but not to
modify it.
Note: In Excel all formulas will appear as "0" when
using the Excel 97 Viewer.

.NET Framework
and Visual J# .NET Redistributable Packages

The .NET Framework version number must be the same as the
J# version number - for example, use .NET Framework 2.0 with
J# 2.0.
Note: Future versions of .NET and Windows will not
require a separate download of the J# runtime.
